Pay Range: £190 – £205 PAYE per day

ANZUK Education is working with a welcoming one-form entry faith-based primary school in Chiswick seeking a Level 6 Early Years Practitioner to join their team from September 2026 (interviews taking place ASAP).
This full-time, fixed-term position offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality early years provision, supporting children at a crucial stage of their development within a nurturing and well-structured environment.
The school is known for its strong pastoral care and clear behaviour systems, alongside a collaborative staff culture, creating an environment where practitioners can focus on delivering high-quality teaching and achieving strong pupil outcomes.
This Level 6 Early Years Practitioner role in Chiswick would suit experienced Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Nurses, or EYFS Teaching Assistants ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities of Early Years Practitioner:
- Deliver high-quality provision in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities.
- Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour.
- Support pupils’ social, emotional and personal development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers when required.
- Hold a full and relevant Level 6 qualification in Early Years (non-negotiable)
- Have proven experience working within an EYFS setting
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour
- Show an exemplary commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
