Job Description:
Tradestech Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced CPCS Lift Supervisor with a BBV Induction for ongoing works on a major HS2 infrastructure project based in Southam. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours on a high-profile site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate lifting operations on site
- Ensure all lifts are carried out safely and in accordance with regulations
- Liaise with crane operators, slingers, and site management
- Conduct pre-lift briefings and ensure compliance with lifting plans
- Valid CPCS Lift Supervisor ticket
- BBV (Balfour Beatty Vinci) Induction – ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience working as a Lift Supervisor
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team on a busy construction site
- Competitive rate of £25 per hour
- Ongoing work on a prestigious HS2 project
- Immediate start available
