The Role
You will manage a varied private client caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and inheritance tax matters
- General private client advisory work
The role offers a high level of autonomy, with administrative and secretarial support provided.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Proven experience in Private Client law
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong client‑care and communication skills
- Availability for a locum assignment (duration negotiable)
