Locum Private Client Solicitor

Our Devon-based client is now recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to join them as soon as possible on an initial 3-6 month contract..

We are seeking a solicitor with lots of estate administration experience, and ideally a broad range of private client experience from wills, LPAs to support a busy and varied caseload. 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of private client matters, with a focus on estate administration.
• Draft and advise on wills and lasting powers of attorney.
• Maintain excellent client care and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work.
• Open to full-time or part-time hours
• Broader experience in wills, LPAs, and general private client work is highly desirable.​​​​​​
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Able to attend the Devon office on a hybrid basis (Minimum 1-day per week)
