We’re currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced and growing operations team in Pudsey. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and keeping things moving smoothly in a time-sensitive environment.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling enquiries in a clear, professional manner
• Arrange and manage bookings with shipping lines, hauliers, and transport partners
• Ensure all shipment details are recorded accurately, including dates, container numbers, and booking information
• Coordinate multiple shipments at once, making sure deadlines are met and schedules run smoothly
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve any delivery or scheduling issues

• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, especially when entering and checking booking information
• Previous experience in logistics, freight, transport planning, or a similar coordination role is beneficial
• Customer service background considered if you’re highly organised and quick to learn
