Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Logistics Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation based in Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a temp-to-perm position with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and managing transport and logistics documentation.
• Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and transport providers.
• Monitoring deliveries and updating customers on shipment status.
• Maintaining accurate records on internal systems.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally.
• Investigating and resolving delivery queries and discrepancies.
• Producing reports and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
• Supporting the transport and operations teams with general administrative duties.
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous administration experience within a logistics, transport, warehouse, or supply chain environment is preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
