Logistics Manager

Copello have partnered with an established engineering organisation in the recruitment of a Logistics Manager to lead shipping, warehouse, and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shipping, stores, and warehouse activities
• Oversee import/export compliance and logistics KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Optimise inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure safe handling of materials

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ logistics experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of import/export, incoterms, and inventory control
• Experience leading teams and improving processes
• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred

Desirable

• Engineering, aerospace, or technical manufacturing background
• Familiarity with HMRC/export regulations and ERP systems
