Logistics Supervisor (Solar)

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the delivery, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment for the solar farm project. The role includes supervising logistics activities on site, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring equipment and materials are issued and handed over properly to subcontractors according to project schedules and safety requirements.

• Coordinate transportation and delivery of solar farm materials and equipment.
• Monitor site inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Receive, store, and distribute tools, materials, and equipment.
• Hand over equipment and materials to subcontractors and maintain issue/return documentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of solar panels, cables, and electrical components.
• Support construction teams with timely material availability.
• Enforce site safety and logistics procedures.
• Prepare daily logistics and stock reports.

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or construction site operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control and material handling.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in solar, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred.
