Job Description: Logistics Support
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Logistics Support.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career in supply chain and logistics.
In this role, you will support buying activities across all customers and coordinate materials for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Logistics Supervisor
- Coordinate materials for assigned customers to ensure availability aligns with demand
- -Support buying activities across all customers, including raising and managing purchase orders
- Prepare and maintain order status reports (including daily CTB reporting)
- Proactively manage order schedules, including push-outs and pull-ins in line with changing demand
- Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on overdue orders to minimise shortages
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems (orders, delivery dates, pricing)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or logistics (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Confident using ERP/MRP systems
- Strong Excel skills (essential), including ability to manage and analyse data
- Other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook)
