Logistics Shift Leader

Are you a hands-on leader with experience in fast-paced logistics or warehouse operations?
We’re looking for a Logistics Shift Leader to join a high-performing operation, leading from the front and driving both team engagement and operational excellence.
The role:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team within a busy warehouse environment
- Drive performance against KPIs including productivity, accuracy and service
- Plan and organise daily operations to meet deadlines and business needs
- Deliver clear communication through team briefings and shift huddles
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of your team
- Manage performance, absence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all operational processes, policies and HSE standards
- Work collaboratively with other Shift Leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supervising or managing teams within logistics/warehouse environments
- A strong people leader who creates an inclusive, engaging team culture
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused
- Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
- PC literate, comfortable using Microsoft Office
