Logistics Shift Leader

Are you a hands-on leader with experience in fast-paced logistics or warehouse operations?

We’re looking for a Logistics Shift Leader to join a high-performing operation, leading from the front and driving both team engagement and operational excellence.

The role:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team within a busy warehouse environment
  • Drive performance against KPIs including productivity, accuracy and service
  • Plan and organise daily operations to meet deadlines and business needs
  • Deliver clear communication through team briefings and shift huddles
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of your team
  • Manage performance, absence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all operational processes, policies and HSE standards
  • Work collaboratively with other Shift Leaders to ensure smooth daily operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supervising or managing teams within logistics/warehouse environments
  • A strong people leader who creates an inclusive, engaging team culture
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
  • Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused
  • Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
  • PC literate, comfortable using Microsoft Office
