Loss Prevention Officer

Security & Loss Prevention Officer 
Rate of pay: £13.71 per hour (£27,809)
Hours: Days only (5 days from 7 on a rota basis, 9 hours between 7:30am - 6pm, including some weekends).  40 hours per week. 

Location:  Isleworth & Hanworth/Feltham

Your duties will include:

• Providing a customer focused security presence
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors
• Acting as a visual deterrent to crime and security incidents
• Monitoring CCTV systems
• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly manner
• Security patrols of the store
• Work closely with store associates and the Store Manager
• Conducting internal investigations into stock loss, fraud and theft.
• Monitoring security systems
• Key holding
• Report all security incidents in the store

You should be:

• Fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days including some weekends. These will be 9 hour shifts between the times of 7:30am – 6pm.
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Customer focused
