Are you the kind of person who can spot when a student needs a quiet word, a confidence boost, or just someone who believes in them?
A welcoming and well-established mainstream secondary school in Chelmsford is looking for a strong, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their Inclusion Team this September.

- Work 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils access learning and stay engaged
- Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual needs
- Support behaviour for learning in a calm, consistent and positive way
- Work closely with teachers and the SEN/Inclusion team
- Help students build confidence, independence and resilience
- Be a key adult students trust and can rely on during the school dayWhat We're Looking For
