Salary: £16,095.78 - £16,345.19 per annum

The school promotes a supportive and nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to develop socially, emotionally, and academically, supported by a dedicated and collaborative staff team.

The school is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a permanent part-time basis from September 2026. Working within a specialist inclusion base, the successful Learning Support Assistant will support pupils with multiple and complex learning needs, including children who require significant communication support. You will work closely with the class teacher and wider support team to help pupils access learning, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting

• A passion for supporting pupils with additional and complex learning needs

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A patient, caring, and positive approach

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
