Lunchtime Supervisor (EYFS Support) – 1:1 / Small Group

Location: Loughborough
Hours: 11:30am – 1:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £15.00 per hour – PAYE via Now Education
Contract: Temporary – until end of the academic year

We are recruiting a Lunchtime Supervisor to support two EYFS children during the lunchtime period at a friendly and welcoming primary school in Loughborough.

This is a part-time, temporary role ideal for someone with early years experience who can provide consistent, caring support during unstructured times.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting two EYFS pupils during lunchtime (dining and play)
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, social interaction, and independence
  • Ensuring pupils are safe, engaged, and supported
  • Working closely with school staff to maintain a smooth lunchtime routine

Requirements

  • Experience working with Early Years / EYFS children
  • A kind, patient, and caring approach
  • Ability to manage behaviour in a calm and supportive manner
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential
  • Reliable and available Monday to Friday (11:30–1:30)
