M&E CAD Operative required to join a growing Mechanical HVAC specialist contractor delivering projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and expanding business with a strong pipeline of work, supporting the delivery of multiple live projects across the South East.

The role will involve managing and coordinating M&E CAD drawings across mechanical and electrical building services installations while supporting Project Managers, engineers and site teams throughout project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing and managing M&E CAD drawings and layouts
• Supporting live Building Services projects across multiple sectors
• Managing drawing revisions and document control
• Coordinating technical information with project and site teams
• Maintaining drawing registers and project documentation
• Supporting CAD process improvements and workflow efficiency

What they’re looking for:

• Experience within an M&E / Building Services CAD role
• Strong AutoCAD experience
• Revit knowledge beneficial
• Good understanding of HVAC and Building Services projects
• Strong organisational and document control skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• High attention to detail
