M&E Project Manager

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of residential developments, railway and hotels projects.

This is a hands-on role involving both managing 50k reactive works to 2 million projects

You’ll primarily be based in London, with opportunities to work on projects across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
• Working on plantroom equipment including pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, HIUs, and booster sets
• Performing life safety testing and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
• Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising professionally with site teams, residents, and hotel staff
• Participating in a call-out rota where required

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical project management maintenance within residential, hotel, or building services environments
• Relevant qualifications
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
