M&E Project Manager
Location: UK-wide (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A well-established and growing electrical contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role overseeing a variety of high-profile commercial electrical projects across the UK, with some international travel involved.

• Specialist electrical contractor
• Focused exclusively on commercial projects (no domestic work)
• Strong portfolio across pubs, restaurants, hotels, and major hospitality brands (including fast food chains)
• Recently expanded after securing major contracts, bringing key staff in-house
• Strong emphasis on long-term client relationships and repeat business

• Deliver and oversee UK-wide electrical and M&E projects
• Manage multiple live sites across hospitality and commercial sectors
• Travel nationally on a regular basis (full UK coverage required)
• Occasional international site visits (e.g. Europe, including France)
• Attend site visits approximately fortnightly depending on project stage
• Maintain and develop strong client and contractor relationships

• Proven experience as an Electrical or M&E Project Manager
• Strong background in commercial electrical installations/projects
• Confident managing multiple sites and travelling extensively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Salary up to £60,000
• Performance-related bonus
