An established contractor based in Northampton is looking to recruit an ambitious M&E Service & Facilities Manager to help grow and develop their service division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically or electrically biased professional who has a tenacious attitude, enjoys winning business, and can organise and deliver works successfully.

The role will suit someone looking to build and shape a department with genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Growing and developing the service & facilities division
• Winning new business and building client relationships
• Managing service engineers and subcontractors
• Organising reactive and planned maintenance works
• Overseeing project delivery and service operations
• Managing quotations, scheduling, and client communication

Requirements:

• Mechanical or Electrical building services background
• Previous experience within FM, maintenance, or service management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage clients and develop business opportunities
• Commercially aware with a proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence
