Job Title: Machine Operator (AC Room)
Location: New Mills, SK22
Pay Rate: £12.96 – £13.10 per hour + £1.86 shift allowance (day shift)

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weeks):
Week 1:

• Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00
• Friday: 06:00 – 12:00

Week 2:

• Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
• Friday: 12:00 – 18:00

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing environment in the AC Room. This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting where required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable with a positive work ethic
