Machine Operator

• Assemble and pack components with precision and attention to detail
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times
• Participate in training sessions to develop manufacturing skills

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred
• Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills for detailed assembly work
• Ability to work across various shifts, including days and evenings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Training will be provided, but a background in manufacturing is advantageous

• Competitive pay rates: £12.96 per hour (day shift), £15.81 per hour (afternoon shift), £16.85 per hour (night shift)
