Proman are currently recruiting experienced Machine Operators/Minders on behalf of our client who is a leading manufacturer of hygiene, baby and beauty products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, growing business offering long term work and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and mind production machinery safely and efficiently

Carry out hourly quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Restart production lines following faults or stoppages

Support the Line Leader with product changeovers

Maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times
This role operates on a 3 week rotating shift pattern:
-
Week 1: Mon–Wed, 7am–7pm (Days)

Week 2: Mon–Thu, 7pm–7am (Nights)
-
Week 3: Thu–Fri, 7pm–7am (Nights)
You must be able to work all shifts listed above.
Pay Rates:
-
Days: £13.45 per hour
-
Nights: £16.45 per hour
-
Overtime: Paid after completing 36.5 hours per week
What We’re Looking For

Previous machine operating or production experience (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Reliability, good communication skills and a positive attitude
