MACHINE SETTER OPERATIVE
We’re looking for an experienced Machine Setter to join our clients manufacturing team on a temporary to pemanent basis
🔧 Key Duties
- Set, adjust & operate machinery (Fibre Lasers & Hydraulic Press)
- Tool changes, machine changeovers & calibration
- Basic maintenance & troubleshooting
- Work to production targets & quality standards
- Follow health & safety procedures
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing/machine setting experience
- Experience with machines such as Zed Press, Guillotine or Fibre Laser
- Good mechanical knowledge & problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive & team-focused attitude
- Someone able to start immediately.
💷 Pay
£13.50 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)

🕒 Hours
Standard shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm - 36.5 hours per week
Shift work may be required (days/nights/rotating)
