The Role

  • Take full ownership of your territory, driving sales growth and uncovering new commercial opportunities

  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor within the agricultural community

  • Identify and win new business through farm visits, networking, targeted outreach, and digital engagement

  • Deliver engaging and professional machinery and equipment demonstrations, clearly showcasing product value and performance

  • Provide tailored, consultative solutions aligned to each customer’s operational and business needs

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through to closing deals

  • Oversee the valuation and resale of used equipment, maximising profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to both revenue and margin growth

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong background in, or genuine understanding of, the agricultural sector

  • Proven success within a sales, account management, or territory-based role

  • Commercially astute, self-motivated, and driven by results

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and earn customer trust

  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing capabilities

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
