We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join a large, modern commercial estate based in Elstree (WD6). This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician to join a recently mobilised contract with strong long-term prospects, investment, and career progression.

The Role:
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be working as part of a team of 4 engineers, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a portfolio of buildings on-site. The estate consists of multiple similar buildings, providing a consistent and structured working environment.

Duties include:

• Electrical maintenance including lighting, alarms, and fault finding

• Working within plant rooms

• Supporting with basic HVAC maintenance

• General building services tasks including minor plumbing

About You:

• Qualified Maintenance Electrician (18th Edition preferred)

• Experience within Facilities Management / Building Services

• Multiskilled with a proactive approach

• Able to work well within a team
