A leading M\&E provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a dynamic team in Blackburn. This is a fantastic chance to work with a company that is thriving in the market and renowned for internal progression and training.
On offer:
- Competitive salary of £39,000 - £41,000
- Monday to Friday, 07.00 - 15.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properies
Work within plant room environments and at high level from platforms and ladders (access and PPE provided) - Maintain all company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner
Essential Knowledge:
- General and emergency lighting
- Power distribution
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Air handling units & fan coil units
- 3 Phase systems
- Emergency lighting
- Building management systems
- Fault finding
Qualifications & Experience:
- 18th Edition IEE
- Full electrical qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ – Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent)
