We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established building services provider, delivering maintenance across a portfolio of sites throughout London.

This is a mobile role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and is confident working independently across multiple commercial environments.

The Role:
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a range of sites. You will ensure all electrical systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
• Fault finding and repair across commercial building services
• Working on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and control systems
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Complete job sheets, reports and documentation accurately
• Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure high levels of service delivery

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (essential)
• Proven experience in a maintenance role within commercial environments
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication skills and client-facing experience
