We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a busy food manufacturing site based in Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with previous experience in production or manufacturing environments looking for ongoing, full-time work.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring factory machinery and production lines are maintained to a high standard, minimising downtime and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs
- Diagnosing electrical faults on production and packaging machinery
- Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Supporting continuous improvement and reducing downtime across the site
- Completing maintenance records and reporting issues accurately
- Working closely with the engineering and production teams
- Following all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, FMCG or food production environment
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Electrical Maintenance
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations beneficial
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible and safety-focused approach
