We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Static Electrician to join the maintenance team at a large, modern commercial site in Farnborough.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician with maintenance experience looking for a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across the site
- Respond to reactive electrical issues and breakdowns
- Fault finding, testing, and repairs on lighting, power, and general electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and electrical regulations
- Assist with general building maintenance when required
- Work as part of an on-site facilities and maintenance team
- Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds 2365, 2330, or NVQ Level 3)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar static building maintenance role
- Good knowledge of PPMs, fault finding, and reactive repairs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Monday to Friday, days only (8am–5pm)
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
