Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer Duties include:

• Monday – Thursday (10pm – 7:30am) 
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across manufacturing and production equipment.
• Respond to mechanical breakdowns and carry out fault finding to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure maximum plant performance.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Maintenance Engineer Requirements include: 

• Recognised Engineering Qualifications. 
• Mechanical qualifications. 
• Hydraulics and pneumatics experience. 
• Welding and fabrication skills. 
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 
• CNC experience would be beneficial.
