Salary: £60,000
Shift: Monday - Friday Days (8am - 5pm, flexibility required)
Location: Accrington, Lancashire
Holidays: 33 (incl BH)
Are you a Maintenance Manager with proven experience of working within food or FMCG environment? This position offers the chance to play a key role within the engineering leadership team, working closely with senior management to improve site performance, drive continuous improvement, and develop a strong maintenance culture across the factory. This role offers a salary of £60k depending on experience working Monday - Friday days.
The Role:
* Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities across site
* Drive machinery reliability and reduce downtime
* Support continuous improvement projects and engineering performance
* Ensure health & safety and food manufacturing standards are maintained
* Lead and develop the engineering team on site
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Team Leader, or Senior Engineering position
* FMCG or food manufacturing background is essential
Experience working with:
* Industrial mixers & dough handling equipment
* Tunnel ovens & baking systems
* Automated production & packaging machinery
* Flow wrappers & tray sealers
* PLC-controlled equipment
* Pneumatic & hydraulic systems
* Refrigeration & cooling systems
