  • Plan workloads and balance reactive, planned and project-based work
  • Conduct one-to-ones, performance reviews and training support
  • Promote a proactive culture focused on safety, reliability and quality

Production & Operational Coordination

  • Act as the key point of contact between maintenance and production
  • Attend daily production meetings and coordinate maintenance priorities
  • Communicate maintenance schedules and downtime plans effectively

Compliance & Administration

  • Manage the site-wide PPM schedule
  • Maintain maintenance records, RAMS, service logs and COSHH documentation
  • Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments and safe systems of work
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience in a senior maintenance or maintenance management role within manufacturing
  • Strong hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs and three-phase power
  • Experience maintaining CNC drilling or similar precision equipment

Desirable

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • Experience using CMMS systems

If you’re ready to lead a maintenance team while remaining hands-on in a technically challenging manufacturing environment, we’d like to hear from you.
