Pay: £15-£16 per hour
Duration: Monday 1st June - Tuesday 30th June (Temporary)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am - 2:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible depending on availability)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to support a student accommodation site in Canada Water throughout June. This role will involve general maintenance and upkeep to ensure the property remains in excellent condition for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replacing blinds across approximately 90 rooms
- Carrying out basic painting and touch-up work
- Completing general handyman duties as required
- Supporting with overall maintenance and upkeep of the accommodation
- Ensuring work areas are safe, clean, and well-organised
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role
- Practical skills in basic repairs, painting, and general upkeep
- Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Friendly and professional approach when working in a resident environment
