Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Salary: £50,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday – Friday (Days)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join a fast-paced, highly automated FMCG manufacturing site. With recent investment into the facility, this is a modern and forward-thinking environment offering strong career development opportunities.

As a Maintenance Planner, you will support the engineering function by planning and coordinating all maintenance activities across site. You will ensure both preventative and reactive maintenance is scheduled effectively to maximise uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance tasks, managing CMMS systems, coordinating engineering resources, and liaising closely with production teams to minimise disruption.

FMCG Manufacturing

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner

• Manufacturing or factory background

• Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)

• Previous hands-on experience as a Maintenance Engineer

• Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling

• Experience coordinating maintenance in a fast-paced environment

• FMCG manufacturing experience

• CMMS system experience
