In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial buildings, supporting the upkeep of water systems, pipework, heating systems and associated mechanical services. You'll also be involved in fault-finding, repairs and general building maintenance activities while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

The Role

• Commercial plumbing maintenance across multiple facilities
• Planned preventative and reactive maintenance work
• Fault finding, repairs and servicing of plumbing systems
• Supporting wider building and mechanical maintenance activities

The Person

• Experience working in a commercial plumbing role
• Relevant plumbing qualifications/apprenticeship
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance
