Maintenance Plumber – Portsmouth Salary: £37,000 + Overtime + Call-Out (£75/week)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

Call-Out Rota: 1 in 5

Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading organisation within the Facilities Management sector, is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Plumber to join their team on a key commercial contract in Portsmouth. This role offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the chance to work with a highly respected FM provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across static site in Portsmouth

  • Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of plumbing systems

  • Support the wider maintenance team when required

  • Participate in the 1-in-5 call-out rota

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards

What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 Plumbing qualification (essential)

  • Experience within commercial or FM environments is beneficial

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

  • Full UK driving licence if required for call out
