Location: Doncaster (DN4)
Salary: Up to £38,500 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Thursday | 10 Hour Shifts | Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a well-established manufacturing company based in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased maintenance engineer with a range of skills across plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance, looking for a stable, long-term role.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across plant and facilities
• Responding to breakdowns and performing reactive maintenance
• Maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and site facilities
• Supporting improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety standards

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a maintenance technician/engineer role
• Strong mechanical maintenance background
• Experience with plumbing, basic electrical work, and general facilities maintenance
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems (PPM)
• Ability to fault-find and problem solve effectively
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to support the business during busy periods
