As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the department.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance and processes.
• Provide ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required by the leadership team.
