Kerry Robert Associates is recruiting on behalf of a well-established hospitality client for an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team.

 

This is a fully remote opportunity offering excellent flexibility and work-life balance, ideal for an experienced hotel or hospitality finance professional.

 

You will be working and supporting the Finance Team in producing accurate monthly management accounts and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing monthly management accounts
  • Posting journals and reviewing first draft of the P&L
  • Taking ownership of accruals and prepayment journals
  • Bank, cash, and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintaining company financial policies and procedures
  • Monitoring Accounts Payable controls
  • Supporting process improvements and efficiencies alongside the Finance Assistant
  • Liaising with external auditors when required
  • Preparing year-end audit files

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years of hotel/hospitality finance experience (essential)
  • Multi-site P&L management accounts experience (essential)
  • Strong understanding of hotel P&L and month-end procedures
  • Finance qualifications or relevant finance education would be an advantage
