An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a well-established construction company based in Leominster as a Management Trainee within their Commercial Department.

The Role

Working closely with experienced commercial professionals, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with procurement and buying activities
• Supporting quantity surveying and commercial administration functions
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Assisting with cost control and project budgeting
• Preparing and reviewing project documentation
• Supporting commercial reporting and project valuations
• Attending occasional client meetings and site visits
• Developing a thorough understanding of commercial processes within the construction sector

This is primarily an office-based role, with opportunities to visit sites and meet clients as part of your development.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

• A background in construction, whether through education, employment, apprenticeships or practical experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to commute reliably to Leominster
