Manual Turner – XYZ Protrak

Mazco Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Manual Turner to join a well-established precision engineering and toolmaking company based in Rugby.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong manual machining and toolmaking experience looking for a stable night shift position with a great work-life balance.

The Role

• Operating XYZ Protrak lathes
• Manual turning of precision components
• Working from engineering drawings
• Producing one-off and small batch components
• Toolmaking and precision engineering work
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Working independently on night shift

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Manual Turner
• Experience operating XYZ Protrak lathes
• Strong manual machining background
• Toolmaking experience essential
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Shift

• Night Shift
• Monday to Thursday

Pay

• £20.00 per hour basic
• +25% shift allowance
• Equivalent to £25.00 per hour
