Manufacturing Assistant (Forklift Licence Required)

Monday - Thursday | 6:00am - 4:30pm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Assistant to join our team in Gillingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work a 4-day week with long weekends, in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the manufacturing and production process
- Operating machinery and equipment safely (training provided where required)
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials using a forklift
- Assisting with goods in/out and stock management
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following company health & safety procedures at all times
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically active role
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.28 per hour
