We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Manufacturing Engineering team as a Manufacturing Engineer - Industrialisation at our Wolverhampton site.
Your Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer focused on Industrialisation, you will play a key role in bringing new products and processes into production within a transformative manufacturing environment.
You will plan and lead the implementation of manufacturing processes on site, including facility setup, equipment installation, commissioning, and process validation, ensuring full production readiness.
This will include leading insourcing projects, transferring Production facilities & processes into the plant, and ensuring they are stable, efficient, and capable from day one.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that manufacturing systems meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence

What You'll Bring
Essential:
-Degree or apprenticeship in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
-Experience in manufacturing engineering/industrialization
-Relevant experience of project management & risk mitigation planning
-Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and control plans
-Good understanding of machining, assembly and testing processes
-Proven ability to deliver process validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up
-Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and process capability
Desirable:
-Experience in aerospace, automotive or high-precision manufacturing environments
-Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9145 standards
-Exposure to insourcing or manufacturing transfer projects
-Knowledge of SPC / process capability (Cpk)
