Location: Hinckley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and fast-paced production team based in Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing, with full training provided.

The Role

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are assembled to a high standard while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling components accurately in line with specifications
• Inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety guidelines
• Assisting with stock organisation and inventory within the warehouse
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

About You

• Previous experience in manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential
• Able to follow instructions carefully and work with attention to detail
• Well-organised with a positive and proactive attitude
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
