12-hour day shifts 6-6 (Mon-Wed Week 1 / Thu-Sat Week 2)

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join a precision engineering business operating advanced Mazak Integrex turn/mill machining centres.
The role will involve setting and operating multi-axis CNC machinery to produce high-quality components in stainless steel and heat-resistant super alloys to tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
• Set and operate Mazak Integrex machine tools
• Machine precision components to fine tolerances
• Use hard gauging and CMM equipment to verify quality
• Work from technical drawings and specifications
• Apply ISO programming knowledge to support machining processes
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping
Skills & Experience
• Time-served Engineer or experienced Operator with at least 5 years' experience in precision manufacturing
• Strong experience with Mazak Integrex machines
• Knowledge of Mazatrol Smooth controls
• Experience with twin turret and twin spindle machining
• Good understanding of multi-axis CNC turn/mill machining centres
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
