Location: Horsham (Langhurstwood Road) - 100% Onsite
Position Type: Full-Time, 3-Month Contract (Potential for extension)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:15 (37.5 hours/week)
Pay Rate: £13.20/hour + 22% Shift Allowance (Overtime Available)
About the Role
We are looking for three reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will play a vital part in receiving, packaging, and distributing world-class pharmaceutical and biological products.

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack client orders accurately to meet daily business targets.
Inventory Control: Receive deliveries from couriers, log them into inventory software, and assist with inventory cycle counts.
Production Support: Follow production orders to complete product packaging, including setting up and cleaning down cleanroom equipment.
Compliance & Quality: Complete Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation accurately and on time.
Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe working environment and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, good numerical skills, and basic IT literacy.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and handle loads up to 25kg, with good hand-eye coordination for labeling and packaging tasks.
Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (including cold-chain 2°C-8°C and frozen areas) and wearing full laboratory protective suits when required.
Qualifications: GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent experience).
Experience: While previous experience in a GxP, pharmaceutical, or biological environment is a plus, a strong "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
