Working across email marketing, digital campaigns, customer engagement and marketing operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that drive customer loyalty and business growth.

The Role

Reporting to the CRM & Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with Ecommerce, Design and Content teams to support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test and schedule email marketing campaigns
• Support automated customer email journeys
• Coordinate digital advertising creative with external agencies
• Assist with affiliate marketing campaigns and assets
• Provide support with digital marketing content and design
• Upload and maintain marketing and analytics data
• Write and proofread marketing copy and communications
• Help drive customer engagement and loyalty initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years’ marketing experience, ideally within a B2C environment
• Experience with email marketing and digital campaigns
• Good understanding of customer segmentation and data
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Excel and marketing platforms advantageous
