About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who wants more than just a “digital role.”

It’s a genuinely exciting time to join this client. The business is growing quickly, their offering is evolving and marketing is right at the centre of it. There’s a big focus on working closely with the sales team to create a joined-up approach that not only builds awareness but drives real conversations and results.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping how they communicate with customers and residents, helping us make things clearer, more engaging and more consistent at every stage of their journey.
If you’re someone who enjoys variety, likes taking ownership and wants to see the impact of what you do, you’ll fit right in.

About You
You’re a self-starter with plenty of initiative and an energetic approach to your work. You enjoy getting stuck in, taking ownership and seeing things through properly.
You’re passionate about marketing and genuinely care about delivering results, not just activity. You bring ideas to the table, think creatively and have a positive, can-do attitude that helps move things forward.
You’re confident and proactive, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
You’ve got a creative side and love coming up with ideas, but you’re equally comfortable looking at the numbers and understanding what’s working (and what’s not). You’re analytical in your approach, with a focus on KPIs, reporting and using insights to improve performance.
