About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of driving direct-to-consumer growth. You will create and deliver innovative marketing strategies that build brand awareness, attract new customers, and strengthen engagement across multiple channels.
From developing compelling campaigns to delivering standout events and exhibitions, this is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Working closely with Sales, Operations, PR, and the wider Marketing team, you will ensure a consistent brand voice and deliver activity that supports wider business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Designing and delivering consumer-focused marketing and communication plans aligned to D2C growth
- Creating and managing engaging campaigns and content across social media, email, and web
- Leading brand messaging and storytelling to captivate consumer audiences
- Managing and growing social media channels to boost engagement and visibility
- Collaborating with Digital Marketing to optimise:
- Website content
- Customer journeys
- Digital communications
- Driving lead generation and conversion activities
- Planning and delivering high-impact events and exhibitions, including:
- Stand build and design
- Logistics and coordination
- Staffing
- Using data and insights to measure, analyse and optimise performance
- Working closely with PR and Marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging
- Developing compelling case studies and customer success stories
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in consumer or digital marketing
Strong understanding of D2C channels such as social media, digital content, email, and campaigns
Experience delivering brand-led and engagement-focused campaigns
A natural storyteller with excellent content creation skills
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track performance and optimise campaigns
Hands-on experience with digital tools such as analytics platforms, CMS, email platforms, and social media
Strong organisational and project management skills
A creative, proactive, and collaborative approach
Passion for delivering high-quality marketing and strong customer engagement
A keen interest in customer journeys and user experience
