Location: Hybrid (London - based) plus international travel
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + benefits

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading events organisation to recruit an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns across a portfolio of large-scale events and exhibitions.

This is a key role responsible for driving delegate acquisition, sponsorship value, and overall event performance through strategic, end-to-end campaign management.

The Role

You will take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution across multiple large-scale events, ensuring strong audience growth, high-quality attendee engagement, and commercial success. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will deliver integrated campaigns that maximise reach and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for large-scale events and exhibitions 
  • Drive delegate acquisition through multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, content, partnerships, paid media) 
  • Work closely with commercial teams to support sponsorship objectives, ensuring partners receive maximum exposure and value 
  • Develop and implement audience growth strategies to increase attendance and engagement 
  • Manage campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise activity to improve ROI 
  • Collaborate with content, sales, and operations teams to align messaging and delivery 
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend 
  • Manage timelines and ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule

About You

  • Proven experience in event or exhibition marketing, ideally within large-scale B2B events 
  • Strong background in campaign management, with full lifecycle ownership 
  • Demonstrated success in delegate acquisition and audience growth 
  • Experience working with sponsorship teams to deliver commercial value 
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
