This role is responsible for managing and growing the marketplace channels across the UK and EU, driving sales, visibility, and performance through data analysis, content optimisation, and strategic trading. It involves full ownership of marketplace operations working cross-functionally to deliver a premium brand presence while optimising listings, inventory, and marketing opportunities.

Description
- Own and manage end-to-end marketplace operations across multiple European platforms, from product selection to sell-through
- Drive sales growth through trading plans, performance analysis, and P&L management
- Optimise product listings and data feeds (titles, descriptions, imagery, SEO) to maximise visibility and conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, marketing, finance, product, and customer service teams
- Manage inventory, forecasting, stock levels, and returns in partnership with demand planning
- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners to unlock marketing and trading opportunities
- Develop and execute marketplace strategy to support expansion into new markets
- Monitor performance and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage marketplace advertising and promotional activity to improve ROAS and exposure
Profile
About You:
- Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms (not Amazon), including algorithms and compliance.
- Proven experience managing and trading marketplace channels.
- Highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills and experience using BI tools.
- Demonstrated management of marketplace P&L.
- Experience running marketplace ads and optimising performance (ROAS).
- Hands-on experience with feed management tools and ecommerce platforms.
- Commercially minded, with strong negotiation and trading skills.
Job Offer
- £40,000-£45,000 base + 20% bonus + 10% annual bonus
